Responsibilities:

Partnering with and leading large offshore resources to solving complex business needs, serving as the technical contact

Managing your team, including interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, directing work, appraising performance, and giving appropriate feedback

Writing advanced complex code for computer systems, acting as a senior source of expertise, performing reviews, and leading development

Acting as an acknowledged go-to person on coding and technical issues

Recommending technical strategy and direction across functional area, participating in the development and evolution of architecture

Working directly with customers and end-users, and providing design input across a product

Requirements:

Have a BS degree in Engineering_Computer Science or equivalent experience

Have excellent knowledge and experience in project planning and management tools

Have substantial Software Engineering experience

Have experience in staff resourcing and management, including partnering and offshoring resourcing models

Be able to demonstrate excellent organizational skills when dealing with multiple priorities, able to think analytically

Be expert in development languages like JAVA_J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, C_C++, HTML, XML, SQL, and environments such as Windows, UNIX.

Be a natural problem-solver and able to take a lead in collaborating to resolve issues

Have excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly to a wide audience

Have great experience in code reviews and development approaches

Be very proficient in database technology, design and manipulation, optimization, and best practice
