Description
Makers’ mission is to build a better future. We transform lives and organisations through pioneering training which keeps pace with global tech shifts.
Tech and AI are reshaping jobs, the economy and society. Ensuring this transition is effective, equitable and inclusive will be a driver of human wellbeing into the next century. We believe talent is everywhere and the future belongs to those who can adapt and learn.
We are here to help people do this - across tech and in every job being remade now by AI. As a committed B-Corp with the best training results in the country, we believe we uniquely bring the heart and the hard- won expertise to do this.
As a Marketing Executive, you'll play a key role in bringing the Makers brand to life through outstanding content. Working closely with our CEO, you'll capture stories from client events, keynote speeches, high-profile engagements and thought leadership activities, helping turn them into content that inspires learners, employers and partners.
This is a hands-on role where no two weeks are the same. You'll be equally comfortable behind the camera, talking to clients and supporting senior leaders at high-profile events. One day you might be filming learner interviews or creating graphics for social media; the next you could be updating our website, supporting one of our CEO’s speaking engagements or turning a webinar into content. We use AI every day to help us work smarter, faster and more creatively, and we'll help you develop those skills too.
Success in this role is: producing high-quality marketing that strengthens the Makers brand, supports Sales and helps more learners and organisations discover Makers.
As a person you are:
Creative: You enjoy creating content that looks great and tells a story.
Confident: You're comfortable meeting senior people, building relationships, and representing Makers professionally.
Curious: You're excited to learn new skills, particularly AI and digital marketing.
Organised: You can manage multiple projects while paying attention to detail.
Proactive: You enjoy taking ownership, getting stuck in and finding ways to improve.
Passionate about our mission: You're excited by the opportunity to help people and organisations prepare for the future of work.
