Join Humaans as a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build "Athena," an agentic AI layer automating people operations. Working directly with the founders in London, you will own features from ideation to launch across a modern TypeScript stack. What You Will Do

Build and ship end-to-end features using TypeScript, React, and Node.js while contributing to technical architecture and infrastructure on Kubernetes.

Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Engineering to shape product definition, discover customer needs, and expand the third-party integration marketplace.

Own the full software lifecycle, from scoping and technical planning to implementation, bug fixes, and supporting sales/marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate

Extensive professional experience building full-stack web applications, ideally within a high-growth SaaS environment, with a deep appreciation for digital craftsmanship.

Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js, with the ability to navigate complex backend systems and frontend React components with ease.

Proven track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and collaborating effectively with product teams to deliver tangible value to end-users.
