Technical Co-Founder, CTO
Build an MVP for a B2B AI engineering software venture at the intersection of enterprise data infrastructure, applied AI, knowledge systems, and CAE. You will work with LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, knowledge graphs, backend architecture, ingestion pipelines, and containerized deployment. This is a hands-on CTO role where you personally own architecture, coding, and deployment before growing the engineering team.

Technical Co-Founder, CTO
We are looking to connect with an exceptional Europe-based Technical Co-Founder / CTO for an early-stage B2B AI engineering software venture.
The project sits at the intersection of enterprise data infrastructure, applied AI, knowledge systems and CAE.
The immediate priority is highly hands-on: you will personally build the first MVP end to end, owning the architecture, coding, deployment and technical delivery before growing the engineering team.
Profile
We are looking for someone with strong experience across several of the following areas:
Applied AI systems: production-grade LLM applications, RAG, agentic workflows, semantic search, embeddings, evaluation and source-grounded outputs
Knowledge and data modelling: knowledge graphs, metadata models, ontologies, entity resolution, lineage and relationship-based retrieval
Data infrastructure: backend architecture, ingestion pipelines, indexing, storage systems, distributed processing and scalable data platforms
Complex file and data ingestion: extracting structured information from heterogeneous files, documents, logs, technical formats and large datasets
Enterprise deployment: private cloud, VPC, on-premise or air-gapped environments, containerized deployment, identity and access management, auditability and observability
Security and data governance: role-based access, permission-aware retrieval, encryption, tenant isolation, source traceability and enterprise-grade security practices
Zero-to-one execution: building and shipping a serious product or platform from scratch, not only prototypes or research projects
Hands-on: comfortable personally owning architecture, coding, deployment and technical delivery during the early stage.
Technical leadership: owning architecture and roadmap, making pragmatic build-versus-buy decisions, and recruiting a strong technical team
Experience with HPC, CAE, CAD, Physics, simulation data, PLM systems or industrial workflows is valuable, but not essential. Evidence of having built and shipped complex systems matters more.
