I'm currently working with an elite FinTech firm that's looking to hire talented Java Developers who enjoy building scalable, high-performance systems in a fast-paced engineering environment.
Role: Software Developer (Java)

What you'll be doing:
Designing and developing high-performance backend systems that support secure messaging, compliance, and data management for leading financial institutions.
Building scalable Java applications that process large volumes of real-time financial data with high availability and low latency.
Working closely with product managers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
Contributing to the ongoing development of a modern microservices architecture, with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
Writing clean, well-tested code and taking part in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvements across the engineering team.
What we're looking for:
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or another relevant technical subject.
Strong commercial experience developing applications in Java.
Experience building distributed systems, REST APIs, and microservices, with exposure to technologies such as Spring Boot, Kafka, or similar frameworks.
A good understanding of databases, cloud technologies, and software engineering best practices, including testing, CI/CD, and version control.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
