£60,000 - £76,500 | Permanent

We're recruiting for an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join a growing technology team delivering complex, enterprise-scale software solutions within a secure environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full stack applications.

Build front-end solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

Develop APIs and back-end services using Java and Spring Boot.

Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.

Support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.

Write automated tests and participate in code reviews.

Collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Essential Skills

Strong commercial experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.

Java and Spring Boot development experience.

React and TypeScript/JavaScript expertise.

Experience designing and developing APIs.

Knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

Experience with Docker and Linux environments.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Desirable Skills

Python development experience.

AWS, Azure or GCP exposure.

CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins.

DevOps/DevSecOps experience.

Experience within secure or highly regulated environments.

Security Requirements

Candidates must be eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC), typically requiring British nationality and five years of continuous UK residency.
