The Role
Design and build scalable Python backend services
Develop AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows
Create APIs and integrations for enterprise clients
Build and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure
Drive innovation and contribute to technical strategy
Collaborate with a small, highly experienced engineering team
What You'll Need
Strong Python engineering background (ideally 5+ years)
Experience building AI/LLM solutions in production environments
Knowledge of RAG, AI agents, and modern AI frameworks
AWS and infrastructure-as-code experience
Experience with CI/CD, containerisation, and scalable architecture
A curious mindset and passion for solving real-world problems
