We’re partnered with a fast-growing AI company building a next-generation video intelligence platform combining computer vision, multimodal AI and real-time data.
They’re growing a small, high-calibre engineering team and looking for a Backend Engineer to take significant ownership over the systems powering the core product.
This is an early-stage environment where you'll work closely with founders and senior engineers, influence architecture and build systems from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing 👇
Build and own scalable backend services and APIs
Design systems processing real-time video and sensor data
Ship AI-powered features including multimodal search and agentic workflows
Build integrations between product, ML pipelines and edge devices
Solve distributed systems, performance and reliability problems
Influence architecture and technical direction as the platform scales
What They’re Looking For 🧠
Strong backend engineering experience with Go, Python or C++
Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems
Strong systems and software engineering fundamentals
Comfortable with cloud-native environments
Startup/scale-up experience or evidence of building things from scratch
High ownership and strong product instincts
