What You'll Do

Build and deploy AI-powered products and features

Develop AI agents, workflows, memory systems, and automation tools

Improve model performance through prompting, evaluation, and testing

Optimise reliability, scalability, latency, and user experience

Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to solve complex customer problems

What We're Looking For

Strong software engineering fundamentals

Experience building AI agents, copilots, RAG systems, or workflow automation platforms

Excellent Python and/or TypeScript skills

Proven experience shipping production AI solutions

Strong understanding of reliability, performance, and scalability

Pragmatic approach to applying AI to real-world problems
