This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for their 2nd or 3rd job in software development as they are looking for someone with 3-5 years prior experience, with the potential to rapidly progress into a senior position.

Experience they are looking for in Java Developers:

Core Java

Developing software from scratch WITHOUT the use of frameworks e.g. Spring

Multithreading

TDD, CI/CD, Paired-programming environment

Data structures, algorithms, threads

Working in a modern FinTech environment e.g. startup is a plus

An interest in the financial sector, FX and trading
