You are:

An AI Engineer with 3+ years of professional

Highly proficient in Python, with experience in building production quality software

Experience in building AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, AI agents, Machine Learning, or automation systems.

Comfortable in transforming AI systems from experimentation all the way through to production.

Strong problem solver with the ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced work engineering environment.

Passion for AI, autonomy, defence, and mission critical technologies.

Extra points:

Experience within defence, aerospace, robotics, autonomy, or security.

Formerly employed at an early stage or venture-funded start-up.

Experience building and deploying production AI or ML systems at scale
