We're looking for an AI-Native Software Engineer to help redefine how software is designed, delivered and operated in an AI-powered world. What You'll Be Doing

Designing scalable, resilient and observable software systems.

Translating complex business requirements into clear technical solutions.

Defining architectural standards, boundaries and best practices.

Building automated testing, quality and verification frameworks.

Driving AI-native delivery approaches across engineering teams.

Capturing and documenting knowledge to improve collaboration between engineers and AI systems.

Mentoring colleagues and helping evolve engineering capability across the organisation.

Connecting technical decisions to measurable business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong software architecture and system design experience.

Deep understanding of testing, quality engineering and observability.

Experience using AI as a core part of the software development lifecycle.

Ability to define evidence-based approaches to software quality and reliability.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.

Experience mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Passion for modern engineering practices and the future of AI-enabled software delivery.
