💻 The Role

This is a hands-on Applied AI Engineering role focused on building and shipping production-grade AI systems. You’ll be working across:

Multi-agent architectures

RAG pipelines and evaluation frameworks

Backend systems and APIs (Python)

End-to-end AI feature delivery at scale

You’ll own projects from idea → production, working closely with founders and a high-calibre team.

Experience building AI/LLM-powered systems in production

Strong backend engineering (Python preferred)

Familiarity with RAG, agents, evals, and ML pipelines
