We're looking for an AI Specialist / Generative AI Developer to help deliver AI solutions that improve productivity, automation and innovation across the business. Working within the Digital Innovation team, you'll design, build and support AI-powered tools using technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
What You'll Do
Develop and deploy AI-powered business solutions.
Build Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio agents.
Work with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
Support AI governance, security and compliance requirements.
Create user guidance and training materials.
Troubleshoot and continuously improve deployed solutions.
What We're Looking For
Experience in AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents and prompt engineering.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Desirable
Azure AI Services or Azure OpenAI experience.
Power Automate knowledge.
Python, SQL or API integration experience.
Microsoft AI, Azure or Power Platform certifications
