Business Systems Analyst - Permanent - London - Hybrid, 2 Days

Do you enjoy being the person who can solve the technical problem nobody else can?

We're looking for a technically curious, solutions-focused engineer to join a growing technology consultancy where you'll sit at the intersection of business and technology.

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety. One day you could be helping a colleague build a Power App, the next debugging an integration, automating a process with Python or improving governance around internally developed tools. You'll be the go-to person for turning ideas into secure, scalable and well-supported solutions.

The Role

Supporting users building applications and automations across the business.

Troubleshooting complex issues across low-code platforms, integrations and SaaS tools.

Reviewing and improving business-built applications to ensure they're secure, resilient and supportable.

Working across Microsoft 365, Power Platform and wider business systems.

Creating documentation, standards and reusable templates.

Supporting automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Helping evaluate and implement new tools and technologies.

Key Skills & Experience

Experience working across Microsoft 365 and the Power Platform.

Knowledge of Python scripting and automation.

Experience with PowerShell administration.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Exposure to SaaS platforms and integrations.

Comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

An interest in automation, AI-enabled tools and improving the way people work.

Why Apply?

Join a function that's investing heavily in Data, AI and Automation.

Hybrid working environment.

Strong opportunity for career progression.

Supportive and cooperative culture that focuses on well-being as much as success.
