ServiceNow Architect using CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, TNI, IntegrationHub, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and TMF APIs to design and configure telecom BSS/OSS/Network solutions. The role leads ServiceNow implementation and integration for a consulting practice transforming telecom operator operations.

The intern will use C++, Python, Java, R, and machine/deep learning techniques to build models for trading and sales activity. They will also help develop natural language understanding interfaces (speech-to-text/chat-to-systems) and work on projects like unsupervised classification and sentiment analysis within BNP Paribas’ Data & AI Lab.

You'll work hands-on with REST APIs, Webhooks, SSO/SAML, Postman, iPaaS platforms (Workato, Boomi, Zapier, Make), and AI-assisted tools like Cursor, Replit, and Lovable, building custom integrations with NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, ERPs, CRMs, and Snowflake.
