Job Summary
Role Summary We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead platform strategy, solution design, AI architecture, and enterprise integrations within a highly regulated European environment. The architect will define the target-state architecture, establish governance standards, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant ServiceNow implementations. Experience Minimum 10+ years of IT experience Minimum 5+ years as a ServiceNow Architect Proven experience working within regulated European industries such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Healthcare, Utilities, or Public Sector Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist and AI Agent ecosystem preferred Key Responsibilities Define end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture and platform roadmap Design scalable ServiceNow platform landscapes, governance models, and integration frameworks Lead architecture reviews, design authority boards, and technical governance Design AI-driven workflows leveraging Now Assist, AI Agents, and Generative AI capabilities Define integration patterns across ServiceNow, cloud platforms, identity providers, monitoring tools, and enterprise applications Ensure compliance with GDPR, operational resilience, audit, security, and regulatory requirements Mentor development teams and establish architectural standards Required Skills ServiceNow Architecture (CSDM, CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM) Enterprise Integration Architecture AI/ML and GenAI Architecture Service Mapping and Platform Governance Cloud Architecture (Azure/AWS/GCP) Security and Compliance Frameworks Preferred Certifications ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) TOGAF ITIL v4
