Lead Python Developer - Up to £110k - Python, FastAPI, Databricks, Cloud

I've once again partnered with a leading InsurTech, who are building out a new Engineering team, and are looking to bring in a hands-on engineer, who will lead the team from a technical perspective, establishing the technical direction, designing and implementing solutions and setting best practices.

In this role, you will lead a small Engineering team, working closely with Product teams, working on complex challenges, addressing technical debt and driving the continuous improvement across the platform.

Required skills and experience:

You must have prior experience leading a small team of Engineers

Python & FastAPI are essential

Databricks is ideal, or a similar tool such as Snowflake

Experience with a modern cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)

Hybrid working - 3-days a week in Central London

Pays up to £110k + bonus and benefits package
