We helping a high-growth, venture-backed technology company with a mission critical Forward Deployed Engineer position to help modernise a major operational industry through AI, automation, and intelligent workflows.

This is an opportunity to join a rapidly scaling startup with strong commercial momentum and a growing customer base across enterprise operations teams and senior leadership. The company is backed by leading international investors and is expanding quickly across its market.

What You’ll do -

Collaborate directly with customers, from day-to-day operational users to executive stakeholders

Design, build, and maintain critical systems that power customer workfows

Improve onboarding and implementation processes to deliver fast, reliable customer experiences

Develop reporting and analytics tools that surface actionable business insihts

Drive product and platform improvements based on real customer feedback and usage patterns

Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from initial concept through production deployment

Tech

StackModern React framework

Node.js / TypeScript backend services

Cloud infrastructure (GCP / AWS / Azure)

Relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar)

Infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent)

What We’re Looking For

Strong full-stack engineering experience in modern web technologies

Excellent communication skills and confidence working directly with customers

Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments

Product-minded approach with a focus on delivering measurable customer value

Ownership mentality and willingness to solve problems across the stack
