Backed by experienced founders with a proven track record of building successful technology companies, this is an opportunity to join a high-calibre team tackling complex engineering challenges with real-world impact.

They're looking for a Staff Engineer to help shape the next phase of its platform. You'll own the Data Infrastructure at the heart of the platform, work closely with the applications team and lead the how the Engineering Team functions on top of the Data Platform.

If you've spent the last 9+ years building high-performance backend systems and enjoy solving difficult infrastructure challenges, this could be a great fit.

You'll be responsible for:

✅ Driving architecture across backend and data platforms

✅ Scaling databases, streaming systems, queues, and caching layers

✅ Improving reliability, observability, and performance at serious volume

✅ Influencing technical direction as the company continues to grow
