Experience: 2–8 years | Strong preference for 3–4 years early-stage startup experience

One of my more interesting client has tasked me with helping the attract a Highly capable “Founding profile” AI Product Engineer.

A centre-of-Venn candidate who completes all three axes covers Agentic AI (deep, production), Geospatial (real world experience) and TypeScript full-stack ideally within the real estate domain!

The Role:

Engineer #5 at a seed-stage, AI-native startup building agentic systems for the world's largest real estate institutions into Global trillion-dollar names already live and paying. (Not pilots)

The role holder needs to own the entire customer-facing product layer: the agentic workflows, the geospatial-heavy interfaces, the full TypeScript stack, end-to-end from backend logic to UI.

A TypeScript-first expert with real opinions, who's shipped agentic AI to actual users (LangGraph/LangChain or equivalent), and who genuinely cares how a product looks and feels and not just whether it works.

Map-heavy performance and product taste matter as much as the AI

$180K–$300K + an impressive 0.3–0.8% equity founding-level ownership which I don’t think you can get at Series B and beyond

A direct line to an engineering leader who scaled a major tech company through IPO.

Real production systems and elite customers from day one.

Visa sponsorship and relocation support if you need.

Fully on-site, 5 days a week, in New York or London. (Some flex but as a founding engineer, they really want this person on-site)
