This is an opportunity to join a newly established AI product team building real-world GenAI solutions that are deployed into production and used by end users. You'll work in a small, highly collaborative environment where engineers have genuine ownership and can shape both technical direction and product outcomes.

You'll join a small, highly collaborative team where engineers have significant ownership and visibility, working across the full product development lifecycle from concept to deployment. The Role
Build and deploy end-to-end AI product features across frontend, backend and AI orchestration.
Develop agentic AI workflows, retrieval systems and document-processing solutions.
Create evaluation frameworks, testing capabilities and observability tooling.
Build APIs, integrations and user-facing applications using modern engineering practices.
Take ownership of AI products from proof of concept through to production deployment.
Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience building and deploying AI products into production.
Strong Python skills, with TypeScript experience highly desirable.
Experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG and AI workflow orchestration.
Strong experience working with text, document-processing or knowledge-management use cases.
Solid software engineering fundamentals including Docker, CI/CD and API development.
Comfortable taking ownership of projects and delivering measurable business impact.
Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, product-focused business or small engineering team would be highly advantageous.
Azure, Kubernetes and Node.js experience would be beneficial.
What They Offer
£70,000 - £90,000 base salary.
