This is an opportunity to join a business at a pivotal stage in its reporting and analytics journey. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to identify revenue opportunities, improve operational visibility, and deliver impactful reporting that supports commercial decision-making across the organisation.

The Role and Deliverables

Capture and refine reporting requirements from stakeholders across finance and operations

Assess existing data sources, improve data quality, and create robust reporting solutions

Develop dashboards, scorecards, and management reports focused on revenue performance and operational efficiency

Analyse key business drivers including pricing, journey metrics, resource utilisation, and maintenance activity

Identify quick wins and opportunities to improve revenue visibility and operational performance

Support strategic projects by delivering insights that inform commercial and planning decisions

Your Skills & Experience

Strong experience building dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau

Advanced SQL skills with the ability to extract, manipulate, and analyse complex datasets

Strong Excel capability for analysis and stakeholder reporting

Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into actionable reporting outputs

Ability to work collaboratively with finance, operations, and senior business stakeholders

Experience within logistics, transportation, supply chain, or other operationally focused environments

Understanding of revenue optimisation, pricing analysis, or operational performance reporting

Python experience is advantageous but not essential

Exposure to ERP or operational systems such as NetSuite or similar platforms would be beneficial
