The Role
Define technical direction across machine learning and MLOps
Build and optimise recommendation, bidding, attribution, and audience targeting models
Lead model monitoring, automated retraining, experimentation, and production ML systems
Improve scalability, reliability, and real-time model performance
Partner with engineering and business leaders to align ML initiatives with commercial goals
Mentor senior engineers and drive technical best practice
Your Skills & Experience
Strong experience building and deploying machine learning systems at scale
Expertise with Python and modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with recommendation systems, LTV/churn modelling, attribution, or targeting models
Strong understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production environments
AdTech, programmatic advertising, DSP, or real-time bidding experience highly desirable
